Very nice appartement. Excelent view on the balcony to the sea.

Manos had been the perfect host, always available to help and to support us with every question or need. The appartment is beautiful and equipped with many well-considered things like diffuser (!) for the hair-dryer, a big sewing kit, ironing board + iron, toaster etc especially we loved the balcony with the awesome view! Perfect location right by the sea. The check in was easy and Manos very kind and explained everything. He also helped immediately when I had locked myself out. Everything you need is there, even a bottle of white wine and fruits. The bed is very comfortable :-). Great place to spend your holidays.

It was really a great experience to stay in this apartment. Very spacious, top location close to the beach but quiet as well. And well equipped with everything ones needed. Thank you for our wonderful time in Kalamaki !!

We had a great time at Manos place during out stay in Kalamaki. The apartment is squeaky clean and have everything you could ask for. We fully recommend booking this place and hope to come back someday.

Beautiful sea view, near the beach and super sunset. We had a wonderful time in Manos's apartment. The housing was very clean and spacious (we were 3). Everything was new and we had all the comfort. Manos and his wife, gave us little gifts when we arrived, he was very concerned about our well being. We definitely recommend this luxury apartment!

Perfection!!!!! Manos was a super host. He was quick to communicate. The property couldn't get any closer to the sea and to all the main shops. Loved the space and the balcony at sunset was spectacular. If your planning on going to Kalamaki then stay here you won't regret it.

Das Apartment entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Das schönste ist die direkte Lage am Strand. Am Morgen schwimmen und dann auf dem großen Balkon vor herrlicher Kulisse frühstücken. Viele kleine Restaurants, meist Familienbetriebe, befinden sich an der Strandpromenade des kleinen Badeortes. Manos war sehr gastfreundlich und die Kommunikation war hervorragend.

We were warmly welcomed by Manos who met us in Kalamaki, and showed us to the apartment. We felt very welcome and really enjoyed the stay in the lovely and spacious apartment with the beautiful sea view. Everything worked perfectly, and we were Very grateful for the local specialities he had bought for us. We can recommend going to e.g. Lendas beach in the case of large waves at the Kalamaki beach We warmly recommend a stay in Manos’ apartment.
